Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Development

You will lead a team in the conceptualisation and formulation of workforce development initiatives to upskill our staff for the future of work. You will collaborate with key stakeholders (such as staff and management / senior management of line divisions) to grow critical capabilities required to advance LTA’s objectives by utilising the appropriate career development and employee learning levers such as training, structured job rotation and career pathways. You will tap on the insights and data from strategic workforce planning to design strategies and plans to prepare officers for job redesign and transitions arising from transformation and technological disruptions. This will include working with the training team to promulgate the use of workplace digital tools/skills and uplift the level of digital literacy across the organisation

•  Tertiary Qualification in any discipline, preferably with at least 6 years of experience in a spectrum of HR roles including career development / talent management
•  Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and verbal & written communication skills
•  Able to analyse complex issues clearly and formulate strategies to address them
•  Able to lead and energise a team to work on nascent challenges and strategic issues at the org level
•  Able to lead independently in a fast-paced environment
•  Effective in facilitating and engaging stakeholders
•  Experience in facilitating career transitions, as well as career coaching and counselling will be a plus
•  Knowledge of policy development, workforce planning and workforce trends will be a plus
