We seek professionals who want to help us realise the vision of the first cross-border high speed rail project in South East Asia. This revolutionary new rail link will facilitate seamless travel between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, enhance business linkages, and bring the peoples of both countries closer. You will have the opportunity to spearhead the planning, design development and implementation of this iconic project for Singapore.

You will partner the Head of Corporate Development and Services and other stakeholders in strategizing, implementing and executing the following core duties and responsibilities to achieve the vision, mission and strategic thrusts of the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail Project:

- Full spectrum of compensation and benefits administration, payroll administration, performance management and rewards management functions;
- Full spectrum of human resource management and development functions including human resource planning and budgeting, branding and acquisition, recruitment, selection, retention and retirement management, employee relations and engagement, and learning and development management;
- General HR services including administration of travel services for employees, processing of travel claims, organizing of corporate events, maintaining and management of statistics/surveys/statutory returns, and benchmarking of key HR indicators;
- Defining, updating and reviewing of policies, procedures and frameworks to align with international best practices, sustainable practices and good governance;
- Exploring, implementing and maintaining appropriate IT systems and initiatives to enhance the processes of HR administration and service delivery; and
- Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 8 years HR generalist experience, preferably in the engineering services, infrastructure development or related industries
• General knowledge of cross-border human resource practices, particularly with Malaysia is preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft desktop tools
• Good writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• May be required to travel on official assignments
