Deputy / Assistant Manager, 1 Financial Planning (1-year Temp Contract)

You will be involved in a broad spectrum of financial planning functions, including the compilation, monitoring,
variance analysis, reporting and management of budgets, budget utilisation, funds requests, multi-year
cash flow projections.  Your job scope will require you to establish, implement and review control procedures,
financial planning/budgeting/forecasting tools/systems, and work closely with user divisions, senior management,
auditors and other key stakeholders of the Financial Planning Division. 
You will be required to perform first-cut review of budgets/fund requests papers from user divisions.

• Possess tertiary qualification in Accountancy / Business Administration or relevant professional qualification
• Experience in accounting, financial planning, budgeting, government accounting and reporting, and auditing preferred
• Proficient in SAP financial system, SAP BPC 7.5 NW and ECC 6.0, NFS@Gov and MS Office applications including
  Excel, Word and Powerpoint preferred
• Meticulous, good analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to exercise sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
